Every team already runs on two group texts, one for the coaches, one for the players. GameDay DJ gives you a link for each. Drop the coach link in the coaches' chat and the player link in the players' chat. Everyone taps once, lands in the same app, and you're set. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends. The Tournament Pass and Season Pass are one-time purchases with no auto-renewal. Manage subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on iPhone.

Children's privacy isn't a checkbox. It's built into the architecture.

GameDay DJ manages rosters full of kids' names and numbers. We designed every data decision around that responsibility from day one.

Your roster stays yours

Player names and jersey numbers live on your iPhone. When you sign in, your teams also sync privately to your own account on our own US-based servers, not a third party, so they're there on every device you use. That sync doesn't make them visible to anyone else — sharing a team with co-coaches or players is a separate choice you make. Signed out, they stay on that device only. Lineup-card photos are read right on your phone; only if a card is too hard to read there is it sent to our AI to pull out the names, and it's never kept afterward. Delete the app and your local data is gone.

Zero third-party analytics or advertising SDKs inside GameDay DJ. No Firebase, no Mixpanel, no ad networks. We collect anonymous first-party usage events only. Opt out anytime in Account → Privacy.
