No sound on game day?

If a tap isn't making noise, it's almost always one of these. Run down the list.

Quick checks

Silent switch / Focus. Flip the ring/silent switch on, and check a Focus mode isn't muting audio.
Volume. Turn the hardware volume up while audio is playing so it sets media volume, not ringer.
Bluetooth. If you're on a speaker or AirPods, confirm they're connected and selected as the output. Try toggling Bluetooth off/on.
Did you Lock In? If you didn't complete Lock In and you're offline, songs may not be staged. Reconnect briefly and Lock In again.
Announcer plays but the song doesn't? That's the tell-tale sign the song wasn't staged. Reconnect briefly and re-run Lock In so the walk-up audio downloads.
Restart the app. Swipe up from the bottom to open the App Switcher, flick GameDay DJ off the top, then reopen.

If none of that works, email support with your iPhone model, iOS version, and whether you're using a Bluetooth speaker. From inside the app, Account → Report a Bug attaches logs automatically.
